Open AgencyLaunch

Story 01 · Platform owner

You turn AgencyLaunch into a recurring business.

This is your journey from selling an outcome to provisioning a business, launching tracked QR campaigns, activating Lead Rescue and secure customer portals, assigning the commercial relationship, and governing a portfolio without running every customer conversation yourself.

You: platform owner Example: Martin Journey: sale to portfolio control
Why you sell it Recurring operational value

You stay connected to leads, bookings, follow-up, reputation, and measurable outcomes throughout the customer relationship.

Who pays A direct business or a partner

Agencies pay the platform through its Stripe account when connected. Managed client businesses pay their agency externally; those fees are not collected by platform checkout.

What you operate The platform, not every inbox

You govern tenants, plans, access, AI policy, system health, and the product itself.

Your mental model

You own the operating layer.

Partners may configure businesses and businesses run customer work. You control the product, tenant boundaries, plan rules, system providers, and platform commercial state. Agency owners use Clients for their managed accounts; follow the agency story for that distinct role.

01

Choose the outcome you are actually selling.

AgencyLaunch remains useful every time a customer calls, messages, requests a callback, books, receives follow-up, uses the secure portal, or leaves a review.

Your product is a managed customer funnel: tracked QR campaigns, AI assistance, Lead Rescue, structured enquiries, customer workspace, booking, reputation, automation, and reporting.

  1. ConnectGive customers clear call, message, booking, review, and tracked QR routes.
  2. ConvertOffer clear call, chat, quote, callback, email, and booking routes.
  3. OperateGive the business one workspace for every next step.
  4. ImproveUse outcomes, reviews, usage, and system health to retain the account.
Your recurring promise

“We provide and operate the digital front door for your business, then give your team one place to turn customer demand into completed work.”

02

Agree who sells, supports, and pays.

For a direct account, the service business buys from you. For a white-label account, a partner packages AgencyLaunch under its customer-facing identity and sells it to the service business.

Direct route You → service business

You own the commercial relationship, onboarding, support, and subscription revenue.

Partner route You → partner → service business

The partner owns its client relationship. You charge the partner according to your wholesale or platform agreement.

What “paying” means today

You agree pricing and record the payer, plan, subscription dates, entitlements, usage, and invoice evidence. When Stripe is connected, AgencyLaunch also starts secure checkout and opens the payer's Stripe billing portal.

03

Sign in and read the whole portfolio.

Your owner account opens the Control Centre. This is not a super-sized business dashboard. It is the platform-wide view of partners, businesses, plans, subscriptions, integrations, usage, and administrative activity.

You look forReadiness and risk

Unfinished onboarding, provider faults, usage pressure, suspended accounts, or unexpected admin activity.

You do not do hereAnswer routine customer enquiries

That work belongs to the authorised business team inside its own workspace.

04

Create the partner before it manages businesses.

You record the partner identity, customer-facing brand, support details, ownership, and operating boundaries. The partner receives only the permissions its role and management grants allow.

Management is explicit

A partner can work only on businesses covered by an active management grant. The business still owns its contacts, conversations, requests, appointments, and operational history.

05

Create the business with the right owner and boundaries.

You create a direct or partner-managed business, assign its plan and payer, create its first location, and identify the business owner who will receive dashboard access.

The business workspace becomes the source of truth for profile, locations, team, plan, and management state.
06

Move the account from “sold” to “ready.”

You or the authorised partner gathers and configures the facts the business should not have to assemble alone: services, areas, opening hours, appointment rules, customer routes, AI knowledge, team access, consent text, and provider connections.

You then test each operational path against the clean business workspace. Connected providers are verified with real delivery checks, while unavailable providers remain visibly in setup state until their credentials and business authorisation are supplied.

  1. DiscoverConfirm services, areas, goals, team, customer routes, and response expectations.
  2. ConfigureSet business facts, approved knowledge, requests, booking rules, resources, availability, and automation.
  3. ConnectVerify business sender DNS, connect the partner’s Twilio account, and authorise the Google/calendar accounts required by the package. Customer payment requests use existing hosted links and manual recording, with no business Stripe connection required.
  4. VerifyTest access, delivery, customer handoff, role boundaries, and every enabled provider.
  5. ActivateInvite the business team, complete the handover, and monitor the live funnel.

Current setup and handover

Keep agency and business records separate. Agencies add a client, including themselves, through Clients → Add client and manage it with the agency login. An active agency owner satisfies management access for activation; a separate business invitation is optional. Complete profile, location and plan checks too.

Use Appointments → Booking settings → Booking widget for standalone and embedded booking. Calendar connections now let the business choose its booking destination and busy calendars; availability is business-wide. Google/Microsoft OAuth applications and a real provider round trip are still prerequisites to calling those connections live.

Business Email now supports a business From name/address after both DNS records verify. Lead Rescue exposes quiet-hours controls and a customer-requested human handoff that pauses AI and creates owned follow-up work. Verify the actual customer journeys before handover. Detailed setup and acceptance checks.

07

Turn every physical placement into a managed customer route.

You package tracked QR campaigns as part of the partner's ongoing service, not as a one-off image file. Each business can have permanent codes for vehicles, business cards, windows, leaflets, invoices, reception signs, and review prompts.

You or the authorised partner names the real placement, selects a business-approved booking, quote, review, WhatsApp, or custom destination, applies readable brand colours, and supplies the print-ready SVG or PNG.

The code remains permanent. The destination can change later without reprinting, and AgencyLaunch connects total scans, approximate unique visitors, placement, and downstream funnel activity.

agencylaunch.app/qr-campaigns
The partner can create and operate campaigns for granted businesses while the business retains its data and approves the customer destination.
Platform ownerGovern the public route

Enforce tenant access, safe destinations, privacy-limited attribution, retry safety, audit, and lifecycle rules.

PartnerDeliver the campaign

Plan placements, create branded codes, test print proofs, provide artwork, and improve destinations.

BusinessApprove and place it

Confirm the customer action, approve the artwork, use it in the real world, and review performance.

CustomerScan and act

Open the intended page, booking, quote, review, or conversation route without an AgencyLaunch login.

08

Activate Lead Rescue with evidence at every boundary.

Lead Rescue extends the managed funnel to unanswered calls. You provide the secure communications layer, while an authorised partner or business owner configures the business number, forwarding route, channels, operating rules, and team access.

For live delivery, each partner connects its own Twilio account in Partner branding → Phone & messaging. The Auth Token is encrypted server-side and Twilio bills that partner. Platform integration secrets remain in their server environments. Twilio Voice and Messaging send signed webhooks for calls and messages, WhatsApp uses an approved sender and template, and every command records delivery, retry, usage, and audit evidence.

Platform ownerControl the provider boundary

Own credentials, policy floors, signed webhooks, commercial rules, audit, and incident recovery.

Partner or business ownerConfigure the authorised business

Choose the number, forwarding destinations, channels, rules, and team access within the management grant.

Business teamOwn the customer outcome

Handle conversations, use human takeover, reply, book, quote, and record what happened.

AgencyLaunchKeep the evidence connected

Link the call, customer, opportunity, conversation, commands, messages, usage, metrics, and outcome.

Staff view · Inbox

Govern the full lifecycle

Usage feeds billing and portfolio health. Lead Rescue data is included in retention, export, suspension, and offboarding so a business can leave without orphaned calls, messages, commands, or projections.

09

Give every managed business secure self-service under the right brand.

The white-label partner's logo, colours, support identity, and verified portal hostname flow into each authorised business portal. The partner owner copies the exact DNS records shown in Branding, checks the domain until it is active, then tests sign-in and customer links before handoff. The business remains the primary customer-facing identity and owns its customer records.

Your platform boundary is explicit: opaque links are stored as hashes, one link resolves one business and contact, internal staff content is excluded, and renewal or revocation immediately replaces access.

Partners operate customer portals only for businesses covered by an active management grant.
PlatformEnforces isolation and security

Token hashing, tenant checks, safe public views, storage, audit, and release governance.

PartnerDelivers the managed experience

Branding, onboarding, support, and authorised configuration across its portfolio.

BusinessControls customer work

Access links, quotes, payment requests, documents, appointments, replies, and outcomes.

CustomerActs without a platform account

Reviews, decides, pays through the hosted provider, downloads, replies, and requests changes.

10

Keep the plan, payer, entitlement, and usage aligned.

A plan name alone is not enough. You verify who pays, when the subscription is effective, which capabilities are enabled, what limits apply, and whether recorded usage agrees with the commercial arrangement.

Managed records and Stripe have separate responsibilities

The platform Stripe account collects agency platform subscriptions and eligible direct-business subscriptions. Agency fees charged to managed clients are handled externally by the agency. Clients controls membership and account suspension independently of payment collection. Customer Portal payment links concern the business and its end customer.

11

Govern the platform while each business runs its customers.

Your continuing job is to keep AgencyLaunch trustworthy and commercially coherent. You own tenant isolation, plan policy, AI provider policy, platform templates, security, deployment, audits, exports, retention, and controlled offboarding.
