The commercial chain

There are two ways to sell it.

You can sell directly to a business, or supply the platform through a white-label partner. In either case, the end customer pays the service business for the actual service, not AgencyLaunch.

Platform You operate AgencyLaunch

Software, security, templates, AI policy, plans, and platform support.

Optional layer Partner sells its package

Branding, onboarding, configuration, provider activation, and customer support.

Subscriber Business runs the funnel

Conversations, requests, appointments, opportunities, and customer outcomes.

Public user Customer gets help

Visits, asks, submits, books, receives service, and may leave a review.

Current payment boundary

The agency pays the platform for its own subscription through platform Stripe when connected. A managed client business pays the agency externally. A business customer follows the business's hosted payment link. Client suspension is a manual agency-owner account action, independent of external payment status.

Lead Rescue

Link the call, contact, opportunity, conversation, messages, delivery state, usage, and reported outcome.

Reference: who configures and operates the service

The key distinction

Configuration and operation are different jobs.

You or the partner Configure and support the system

Create the business, structure its services, approve knowledge, configure customer routes, scheduling, permissions, and provider integrations.

The service business Operate customer demand

Answer conversations, own quote and callback requests, manage appointments, progress opportunities, approve replies, and complete work.

The customer Choose the easiest next step

Ask a question, call, request a quote, request a callback, ask for email, or book without learning a new platform.

AgencyLaunch Keep the journey connected

Turn public actions into contacts, conversations, requests, opportunities, appointments, tasks, outcomes, and reporting.
